The RTA has announced discounts of 5% on some of it’s marine services. The discount in terms of Dubai Ferry says that there will be a 5% discount on chartered trips (understood to be trips where you charter the whole ferry as a group to your own timetable), 5% discount for seniors (over 60) on scheduled trips (trips listed on the routes page) – you must bring evidence of age for this one, and the third 5% discount is for return trips between Dubai Marina and Al Ghubaiba – normally you would have to buy 2 tickets at 50 dirhams each for silver class or 75 dirhams each for gold class but buying a return trip for silver would be 95 dirhams and for gold class would be 142.50 AED.
This discount scheme is scheduled to run until the end of December. There are also 5% discounts available on other chartered marine services.

we are 4 adults & 2 children, we would like to take the 1pm ride from either Al Ghubaiba or Al Mamzar. There was a ride that included beverages & snacks & was a round trip. Please provide details of the same.
Hi, there are no services running from Al Mamzar at present. You can take the 1pm from Al Ghubaiba to Dubai Marina where drinks and snacks are available to purchase on board. Round trips run at 3pm and 5pm currently.

You won’t really get a view of Atlantis if you take the one way route rather than the circular one – for that you will need to take the 5pm from the Marina – but check with the ticket office first.

We would like to know the ferry capacity and how many people can be accommodated. Also please let us know where should we buy the tickets from. Is the terminal near to Dubai Marina Mall(Marina Mall Water bus station)? Is there any contact number where we can reach you?
Ferry capacity is 100. You can buy tickets at the ticket office which is right next to where the ferry departs. Yes it is right near the water bus station – turn left out of Marina Mall.
